Advertising based selection
You will see Portfolio advertise senior management roles in either national or trade press or on-line and you are encouraged to apply if you feel the advertisement is of interest and you have the key skills identified for the job.
Contingency recruitment
As a result of our specialist hospitality and leisure industry knowledge we are invited to submit candidates on a success only basis to clients. Our extensive network ensures that we are able to respond swiftly and as such by having your CV with us we are able to alert you immediately a relevant assignment is registered with us. You will always be contacted about the role before your cv is released to a client.
