You will need a track record of succesfully launching a multi-faceted business and will be able to recruit and train a team of London's best bar and floor staff with professionalism and flair, encouraging their career progression.

You will be capable of managing a business taking over £50k weekly from lunchtime till dawn, working with in house as well as third party promoters
