Kit has over 11 years of Executive Search experience within the sports and leisure sectors and currently heads up the PSD Sports and Leisure Practice.

With an in-depth knowledge of the Sports and Leisure sectors, Kit has access to an extensive national and international candidate network which has enabled the successful delivery of high profile search assignments. He is an accomplished sportsman, playing in particular rugby to a high standard as well as part owning a racehorse and following the fortunes of Fulham.
