Stuart Howie has been with Portfolio since 1992 and has 17 years recruitment experience. Stuart specialises in the recruitment of General Managers and other executive appointments within the UK hotel sector.
Stuart's operational background encompasses 3 years as Food and Beverage Manager at the Drury Lane Moat House in London and a year in Antigua assisting in the running of a privately owned 40 bedroom resort style hotel. He studied at hotel school in Dundee and trained with Grand Metropolitan County Hotels Division.
