Nicky graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 1998 with an HND in Hotel, catering and Business Management. Nicky's career started straight after University by going to working for Pizza Piazza as a trainee assistant manager. After several months of training she got promoted and was part of the opening team for the first Organic pizzeria in the UK.

After this great experience Nicky spent the next 5 years working in the Hotel sector. She worked with companies such as Thistle and Hilton and gained a great deal of knowledge in the meeting, events and the sales departments. For the last 8 months Nicky has been working in the recruitment industry and has gained a good understanding of the demands and requirements of our clients and candidates.
