Fabien joins Portfolio having built up an in depth knowledge of Food & Beverage gained initially in his homeland of France. He has spent the last seven years working in the Hospitality sector in the UK. After two years spent in one of the most luxurious 5 star Hotels in London he was keen to broaden his knowledge of the whole Food & Beverage market place and he went on to manage a busy and upmarket Brasserie in Fulham. Following on from this Fabien spent 2 years as General Manager of a trendy and popular late night venue in the heart of the City.

Having worked in such diversified environments allows Fabien to fully understand the market demands of both the client and candidates within the food and beverage arena and therefore enables him to make effective long-term introductions.
