Louisa Norman  has 15 years of operational experience, gained within the Hospitality and Travel sectors.

After graduating through College with a BTEC National Diploma in Business Studies & Tourism, Louisa joined an American travel operator as a sales consultant, exposing her to US travel. Developing a strong desire to travel, Louisa later joined Carnival Cruise Lines and had a long and successful 11-year period working aboard some of their most prestigious vessels as a Chief Purser managing the front office operation and guest service training ensuring a 5-star guest service experience. 

On relocating back to the UK, Louisa worked for the Board of Directors of The Capital Hotel & Restaurant Group in Knightsbridge.  Working on a variety of different projects within their impressive portfolio, before moving onto work for the General Manager of Le Meridien Piccadilly.

After a break from the Hospitality Industry where Louisa spent a short while working as a Business Manager for the NHS, Louisa identified that she was really missing the Hospitality sector.

Louisa is a key member of the Sales & Marketing team at Portfolio and works on hotel based assignments.
