With over 10 years experience in the hospitality industry, Mariola Miguelez-Olea  is a Consultant specialising in Hotel Property, operational based assignments within Portfolio’s International Division. After completing her Tourism Degree in Spain, Mariola started her international career in Germany where she spent a year in a training programme in the Black Forest. Mariola then moved to the UK where she completed her Postgraduate/Masters in Hospitality Management in London.

Mariola has extensive experience in top five star deluxe properties in London, such as The Waldorf, Claridge’s, The Dorchester and the formerly known The Savoy Group. She developed her career in different roles within the organisations, being part of Front Office, Groups and Special Visits, Sales & Marketing and PR teams.

Mariola’s linguistic skills enable her to reach out and support the the South/Central American Spanish-speaking countries as well as the Spanish speaking areas of Europe.
