Susan has been at Portfolio for the last 11 years and focusses on the senior Executive Chef market, her remit covers a very exciting range from Michelin Star restaurants , high profile restaurants, Event Companies, Hotels and Private Clubs.

Prior to joining Portfolio Susan herself worked in the restaurant business after graduating from Bournemouth University in Hospitality Management.
