Suzie, a graduate of the University of Surrey, has excellent contract catering experience gained with Sutcliffe Catering and operational and event management experience with Chester Boyd and NLC (now Letherby & Christopher) at Wembley Stadium and Arena.

Since joining Portfolio International in 1997, Suzie has recruited across all the varied disciplines of the contract catering industry and whilst still recruiting at a senior level in that field, Suzie also recruits within Commercial Conference & Banqeting venues, Stadia and Leisure and Golf Management.
