Simon has extensive experience as an Operations Manager within Contract Catering gained within Aramark, Sodexho and Connect Catering. He trained as a chef at Westminster College and worked at the Hotel Intercontinental before moving into prestigious Directors Dining Rooms in the City. Over the last 10 years Simon has worked with numerous blue chips clients providing quality catering services within corporate dining and staff restaurants within London and brings a wealth of knowledge of the industry to Portfolio.
