Mark’s passion for the hospitality industry spans 20 years and stems from having parents who were hoteliers. Classically trained in some of the UK’s finest kitchens, Mark then chose to develop through Front of House working in every department to HOD level before moving to specialise in Private Club Management
As a Club Manager, Mark worked in New Zealand and Barbados providing useful International insight.
Mark worked with Portfolio in London for 3 years specialising on the International Chef market before extending his remit to include Food and Beverage and more senior assignment work. Mark has relocated with his wife Trish to Hong Kong to open Portfolio Asia alongside sister company PSD.
