After a sales and marketing career in the South African mining and construction industries, Sue came to the UK 12 years ago and has been involved  in the London catering industry ever since. After developing and building up a small restaurant group, Sue moved on to consulting and business planning for a number of larger companies. She has operational experience in all sectors of catering and hospitality and is now adapting that to good use understanding her contract clients' requirements.
