Sam is originally from South Africa where she worked in a variety of fine dining restaurants. Sam then moved to London were she has been for the past 9 years working mainly for Mitchell's and Butlers. She started off as a team member for All Bar One and rose quickly to the position of  General Manager. She then went on to manage a pub in their Classics Estate before hanging up her apron to recruit within the industry.

Sams' wide range of experience and knowledge of the industry have given her invaluable experience in recruiting the right people for the right place, at the right time.

At Portfolio Sam now recruits mainly for  Branded Restaurants and Leisure Parks at an general and senior management level.
