Jess joins the Contract Catering team, having spent over a decade in the hospitality and catering industry.

A graduate from the university of Wales with a BA (hons) degree in Hotel Management, she has gained operational understanding in a range of industry sectors, building a career that has allowed her opportunities both at home and abroad.

The experience in hotels, both in Canada and France, opened her eyes to the cultural expectations of guests and an appreciation of alternate service styles. The knowledge gained from these experiences has set her incredibly high standards operationally working Front-of-House with Sodexho Prestige in the events division, but also later with Directors Table in the contract side as Area Support Manager.

Jess later became Hospitality Manager at the Football Association and worked closely with the Wembley sales team before moving into the management team for the new stadium, and joined Delaware North. Here the concentration was in mobilising one of Europe’s largest catering contracts - Wembley stadium and also the new Arsenal ground, Emirates.
