Caroline studied Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management at Leeds Polytechnic (Metropolitan University).

After a year working as Head Wine Steward on a cruise ship sailing the Caribbean and Alaska, she moved to London.

She then spent the next 12 years working in Restaurant, Wine Bar and Gastro Bar Management in London for such companies as Smollensky’s Restaurants, Corney & Barrow and Thomas & Carter.
