After a successful career within Marketing and Operations, a love of hospitality led Carole to change careers in her 20’s and join Mitchells & Butler. Starting within the Edwards brand, Carole was placed as General Manager across a number of sites before moving on to London to work within the London Pub brand.

From here Carole became involved in recruitment and training within the brand and was further promoted to Resourcing & Development Manager, allowing her to develop key interviewing and assessment skills. Upon leaving Mitchells & Butler Carole moved into HR within Restaurants and Retail Catering sectors.

Carole now heads up recruitment within the Restaurant sector specialising in branded and high volume food led sites in the licensing trade. Her range of expertise and experience not only give her an excellent understanding of her client’s needs but also an insight into candidate’s capabilities and applying their skills where best fit.
