Michele has a wealth of experience in both the restaurant and retail catering sector. She worked for many years in a variety of roles for Browns restaurants. She was General Manager of their Mayfair restaurant before opening their prestigious 250 cover restaurant in the City. Following her success as a General Manager level she moved on to become Operations Manager for all of their London Restaurants.
Michele also spent over three years working for Caffe Nero as a Senior Area Manager. This role involved manager development, training and recruitment as well as mentoring General Managers to become Area Managers.
Michele’s range of expertise and experience gives her a fantastic understanding of her clients’ needs, but also an insight into candidate’s capabilities and where their competencies may be best suited.
