Straight out of 6th Form Rachel has worked her way into the industry though Living Ventures. For 6 years Rachel was responsible for training on 32 sites (inlcluding Living Room, Est Est, Est and Blackhouse Grills) and all of the FOH restaurant training, as well as the opening of sites.  After progressing to Unit Management at AGM level and then to Restaurant Operations Management Rachel now joins Portfolio’s Restaurants & Retail Catering Team for the Midlands through to Scotland.
