Justine is a graduate with a BA Hons in Business Management and an HND in Hotel, Catering Management. She has acquired a sound knowledge of the Hospitality and Leisure Industry over the last 10 years and can now apply that when finding the perfect recruitment match!
She initially began her career at Walt Disney World, Florida, as a cultural representative at the EPCOT Centre. She was later promoted to a Disney Training and Recruitment Manager, responsible for the recruitment and comprehensive development programme for all the new team members. Justine continued her career path in the branded restaurant industry, doing various high profile UK openings in a Themed environment, heavily involved in implementing systems, standards and driving effective recruitment programs.
Justine has had valuable exposure to our ever-changing industry, thus giving her a great understanding for the demands of our clients and the requirements of our candidates. As part of the Senior Appointments Team, Justine's business is diverse ranging from Branded Restaurants, Visitor Attractions, Family Entertainment Centres, Holiday Parks through to Museums, Cultural Establishments and Casinos. She strongly believes in the transferability of skills and has had some excellence successes cross-networking these sectors.
