The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of exceptional sales performance in a fast moving, results driven environment as well as excellent presentation and communication skills and the ability to build strong business relationships at all levels. Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but more importantly is an interest and working knowledge of the sectors and the desire to achieve in a target driven environment.
