Job Specification

Seeking an experience of operations director to lead, develop and manage this progressive business, and be involved in the vision and strategy of The Company.  Working closely with the executive team to strengthen exisiting sites and roll out several new venues.  This is a multi site and multi million pound responsibility.

Person Specification

• Must have held a senior position in restaurants, bars or licensed retail.
• Must have the ability to lead and empower a strong general management team.
• Have been involved in the growth and roll out of a new concept.
• Must be full of passion and enthusiasm and have a hands on management style.
