Client Profile

Superb opportunity for an experienced Conference & Sales Manager or an experienced C&B Sales Executive to join this renowned international company at their 4 star property located just a short distance from Hyde Park.  The property boasts conference facilities for up to almost 400 people, along with gymnasium, sauna and restaurant.

Job Specification

• Proactive to achieve sales targets, appointments, sales calls, new business, client visits and special promotions of the hotels facilities
• To secure specific new business
• Work closely with the Revenue Manager to secure business for specific need periods
• To respond to all sales leads, ultimately securing profitable business
• Actively promote the hotel facilities by entertaining clients and agent and assisting with Fam trips

Person Specification

• Proven experience within a similar Conference & Banqueting role or as a C&B Sales Executive essential
• Self starter with the ability to communicate effectively at senior level
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Diary/Yield Management experience desirable
• Confident, tenacious with an open, professional approach

Remuneration

£29K + Bonus
