Client Profile

Superb opportunity for an experienced Conference & Events Sales Manager or an experienced C&E Sales Executive to join this renowned international company at their 4 star property located just a short distance from Hyde Park.  The property boasts conference facilities for up to almost 400 people, along with gymnasium, sauna and restaurant.

Job Specification

• To manage the conversion of customer enquiries into confirmed sales
• To develop future and repeat business contributing to the profitability of the hotel
• Effective diary yield management
• To drive sales activities and develop successful working relationship within the sales team to drive business
• To secure specific new business through effective conversion

Person Specification

• Proven experience within a similar role or a strong C&E Executive ready for next step
• Self starter with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Strong negotiation skills
• Diary/Yield Management experience essential
• Man management experience needed
• Confident, tenacious with an open, professional approach

Remuneration

Up to £29K + Bonus
