Area Manager - Pubs - Norfolk/Suffolk

Client Profile

A high profile pub company, operating high volume pubs in excellent locations, a diverse estate with volume food houses to late night venues to community pubs.

Job Specification

Responsible for the business management of a group of pubs, to achieve budgets for the area, recruit the best managers and lessees where appropriate, maximise sales and identify secondary income streams, carry out regular business reviews, develop excellent relationships across the company, prepare reports and presentations, and generally develop business and ensure the pubs are run to an excellent standard.

Person Specification

• Graduate calibre
• Totally financially aware
• In depth understanding of The Licensed Retail Market
• MUST have Area Management Experience
• Excellent communicator
• Results focused
• Valid driving licence
• Good organiser and time manager

Remuneration

£40,000 - £42,000 plus car, bonus & package
