Client Profile
A well known hotel group with hotels and venues UK wide.
Job Specification
My client is looking for that special someone to join his team. As an HR business partner you will be overseeing 7 properties. The properties are selection of hotels and conference venues. You will work very closely with the Regional HR and Development Manager. Your customers are the General Managers and Operations Managers on property. Your role will be to work with head of departments, coaching them, helping with training. Your employee relation skills will be excellent, you will have a good head for business as well as understanding the ins and outs of the HR function.
The right person will currently be in the hospitality sector, you will currently be an HR officer who is hungry for the next step. This is a demanding role but also very rewarding.
Person Specification
- Experienced Human Resources Manager or Officer
- Must be able to drive and have a car
- Driven and hungry to be successful
- Excellent Employee relations skills
- Strong understanding of Employment law etc
- Business minded
- Strong personality, a people person
Remuneration
£26K + package
