Job Specification

Seeking an Area Manager for London, you will run some of the existing sites but be heavily involved in the opening of new prime central London restaurants! You will be totally accountable for your region, it will be your key responsibility to ensure optimum sales and profitability by recruiting the right people, ensuring training is sufficient, setting realistic targets and key performance indicators. The brand centres itself around a fun environment for a diverse client base, focusing on people and passion rather than corporate measurements and a process environment. We are therefore looking for high energy; entrepreneurial area Managers who share these values and are motivated by excellence.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record as an Area Manager or an experienced Cluster Manager, either in Retail, Restaurants or other food driven businesses. You must be an identifiable leader, have bundles of energy and be an inspiration to the people around you! Personality is key, we want people to engage our team as we expect them to engage our customers, create a fun yet professional working environment where we reward success. You will ideally have several years experience in the industry; have excellent leadership skills and strong commercial acumen. You must be well organised, have strong numerical skills but most importantly, a passion to work for one of the markets best brands!!! A lively bunch, so you must want to have fun!

Remuneration

£45 + package
