A progressive organisation that have an expansion plan mapped out are looking for a new Operations Director to join their management team to drive this brand forward!

Job Specification

Seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and manage this progressive business, take ownership of the existing business whilst also getting heavily involved in the new store openings.  As Operations Director, you will contribute to the strategic development of the business, formulate plans and objectives and ensure this is filtered through your team and delivers successful operating results. 

You must be forward thinking and able to apply your existing skill set to enable a small business to achieve growth, through optimise sales, profitability and secure the returns on investment. Initially, a key part of your role will be to stabilise and improve the existing business ready for growth, ensure the existing business model is secure, tried and tested to ensure flawless roll-out of this fantastic brand!  Now that is exciting!!!

Person Specification

This is an exciting position for an experienced Operations Director who has exposure to growing a business.  The successful candidate must have:
 
Exposure to managing high volume businesses
Experienced in openings and developing businesses
Branded Operations experience in a restaurant / retail chain
Be totally quality focused, without compromise
Passionate about food
Be an inspirer!

Remuneration

£60-70k basic salary + package
