Can you manage a business as though you own it, whilst working within exacting brand standards?

Are you an experienced General Manager at the top of your game, but still willing to learn?
Are you currently managing a quality branded or independent restaurant or bar with average weekly turnover above £40k weekly?

Do you have a personal licence and great professional references?

Remuneration

£35,000 to £40,000 plus fantastic benefits package, social rewards and bonus scheme
