General Manager - West End Late Night Venue - £50k

Client Profile
A major player in the London style bar, club and late night venue markets in the most prime locations with growth plans.
Each business has many trading aspects and experiences under their roofs, with up to 7 bars and zones in the larger businesses. Most trade all day with a great food offer throughout.

Job Specification
You should currently be a General Manager of a late night bar or restaurant with a bar attached trading at a minimum of £50k weekly and have been at this level for at least a year so that you can demonstrate driving sales against your own results year against year.
You will be experienced at working with in house sales managers as well as external promoters.
You will be able to provide impeccable references to prove that you are one of the best managers in London. Experience in the late night market in London is absolutely essential.

Remuneration
Circa £50,000 basic salary dependent on experience plus highly competitive benefits package and bonus scheme
