A small and dynamic privately owned pub and hotel company specialised in great quality, simple, locally sourced food matched with relaxed and efficient service.

Job Specification
I am looking for a very foodie General Manager to take on this new £3.5 million business and manage its launch in early summer.
The business will comprise 50 luxuriously fitted out bedrooms, a 90 cover restaurant, bistro, bar, dining terrace and beer garden so experience in this type of business will be crucial.
The food offer will be spearheaded by a Michelin starred head chef working closely with you and your head chef so your real passion and the bulk of your experience will be as General Manager of a quality Gastropub or unbranded restaurant, as opposed to bedroom focussed hotels.
You will need a passion for wine and food matching and will come from a background where you will have experience in this.
You should have openings experience, as this will be a complex operation.
 

Remuneration
£40,000 plus accommodation and generous benefits package
