Job Specification
To ensure consistent delivery of the food offer across all outlets in all the brands, development of the menus to revolutionise the food offer for 2008.
This role involves launching of menus, training, liaisng with operations teams and control costs.
Person Specification
- Strong background in food development.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation and wine selection, food management.
- Good relationship building skills.
- Commercial accumen.
We are flexible on sector experience and would look at retailer, food production hospitality and leisure specialists.
Renumeration
C£45,000 plus package
