Job Specification
Our client is looking for experienced General Manager who have a real passion for food, cocktails and service to look after one of their high volume sites. This requires a very astute and commercial General Manager to juggle the demands of a high volume operation whist still delivering quality. You will want to work in a vibrant atmosphere and not be afraid to get stuck in when needed.
Person Specification
Love food, cocktails and people.
Proven track record of successfully managing a high volume branded site.
Have a friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing and confident nature
Strong presence and hands on management style
Be passionate about looking after your guests
Attention to detail
Excellent knowledge in financial control - P&L's, Labour, GP's
Ability to delegate, prioritise and handle pressure
Be able to motivate your team
Be motivated to succeed
Remuneration
£40,000+ UNCAPPED BONUS
