Sales Manager- Corporate London, Up to £30K + Bonus
Client Profile
My client is a 4* contemporary, medium-sized central London hotel and is searching for a proactive sales person to drive in revenue from across market segments. Offering luxury accommodation, 2-rosette restaurant and high tech meeting facilities, the property is well positioned to attract high-end individual and groups business. Reporting directly into the Director of Sales, this is an excellent opportunity for either a top sales executive or junior sales manager to be further developed within a structured and realistically targeted sales environment.
Job Specification
- To achieve agreed revenue targets across accounts by efficient sales processes
- To research, qualify, negotiate and contract new business accounts
- To achieve minimum of 10 sales appointments per week
- To be responsible for total account management of agreed accounts
- To understand well customer profile, target markets and competitor set
- To report monthly on all sales activities
- To maintain all accounts, contacts and activities in Opera PMS
- To attend all relevant networking events and trade shows
Person Specification
- Career driven and self motivated
- Proven sales success within a similar size London property
- Team player
- Extroverted character with excellent personal presentation and communication
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Working knowledge of Opera is desirable
- Foreign Languages desirable
Remuneration
Up to £30K + Bonus
