General Manager - Central London late night venue - £30k

Independent quality operator with plans to expand through London and potentially internationally

Job Specification
To create a personalised environment where the customer feels welcome and appreciated, and to ensure that they leave feeling that they have had a great experience by being upbeat, friendly and very efficient working to great brand standards.
To protect the licence by preventing any illegal activity on the premises
To work to budgets and with finanical accountability for all reporting and results
To drive the business and its reputation in the market place with excellent standards, training and developing your team of staff and being responsible for their performance and progression. You will need to be an excellent communicator and motivator.

Person Specification
An engaging presence and personality is essential for this role.
A passion for cocktails and keeping up with current trends, making sure that the offer remains cutting edge and the venue retains its reputation as a market leader.
You will need at least 2 years experience as a General Manager of a quality led cocktail bar.
Exceptional customer service and problem solving techniques
You should be the hands on face of the business with great sales orientation

Remuneration
£30,000 plus bonuses and benefits
