Executive Development Chef, up to £38,000 plus company car, South West and South East

Job Specification:

This is an exciting opportunity to develop the food offer in the B&I sector, identifying and implementing new market trends for the customer and their clients to the financial benefit of the company, through predictable sales penetration and GOP levels. As Executive Development Chef you will be the face and champion of the company in developing recipes and menus through food promotional programmes. This is predominately a Monday to Friday role, the candidate will need to be flexible inline with this multi million pound turnover business with over night stays being required in this UK wide role.

Person Specification:

Ideally you should have food development experience from either the hotel, pub, leisure or contract catering sector, you are either an Executive Head Chef or Head Chef, with in a multi unit operation encompassing fine dining to quick casual eating and are looking for your next challenge. You must have at least proven knowledge and able to provide first class references, with excellent communication, project management and training skills.

Remuneration:

Up to £38,000 plus company car
