High profile London caterer operating within the City's finest venues within Clubs, Cultural and Performance Arts sectors. An impressive portfolio of clients means that this company is operating at the very top of its game and is looking for similar individuals for whom quality is everything.
 
Job Specification
We are looking for a  General Manager, with a strong conference & banqueting/events  and preferably restaurant  background for this large  iconic London  venue. You will be in charge of this  £4 million operation  of which £2.4 million is generated through events. You will also be responsible for a major fine dining restaurant refurbishment. 
 
Person Specification
* Must have experience in large events, bars  and  restaurants . 
* Confident coming into contact with high profile clientele
* Must be financially astute, good food knowledge, be standards orientated and be able have motivate and develop staff.

Remuneration
£55,000 plus benefits
