Job Specification
Seeking an experienced and ambitious Area Manager for a growing brand, someone who is at the top of their game and wants to work with forward thinking people.
You will be totally accountable for your region, it will be your key responsibility to ensure optimum sales and profitability by recruiting the right people, ensuring training is sufficient, setting realistic targets and key performance indicators. With clear measurements in place to monitor success, excellent results in mystery guest and audit scores are expected, however achievable. The brand takes pride in ensuring faultless service to their guests, therefore it is essential that your values mirror this and you are motivated by excellence.
This is a progressive brand / business with a very interesting expansion plan and this region is earmarked for new site openings. As an Area Manager, you will be accountable for your 17 businesses however this are will grow and the new openings will fall under your remit.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record as an Area Manager, either in Retail, Restaurants or other food process driven businesses. You must be an identifiable leader, have bundles of energy and be an inspiration to the people around you! Personality is key, we want people to engage our team as we expect them to engage our customers, create a fun yet professional working environment where we reward success.
You must have excellent leadership skills and strong commercial acumen. You must be well organised, have strong numerical skills but most importantly, a passion to work for one of the markets best brands!!!
Remuneration
£45-50k + package
