Client Profile

This property is part of a large international hotel chain. Located in central London and has about 300 rooms. A large housekeeping team of about 90 staff.

Job Specification

My client is seeking an experienced Housekeeper, ideally you will come from a hotel with at least 250 rooms or more. You will have managed large teams and have excellent motivation and coaching skills.
You will be very procedure driven and standards oriented. You will be commercially focused, professional and have an good eye for detail.

• 4 star deluxe / 5 star background
• Ideally working in London
• Experience in managing large teams
• Excellent eye for detail
• Commercially aware
• Strong budget and P&L experience
• Team player
• Ability to motivate, coach and develop the team

Remuneration

£36K - £40K + bonus
