The General Manager of this busy holiday park in South Wales will receive an excellent package including a basic salary of up to £45,000 + accommodation + bonus

Job Specification

The park has a strong team of HOD's and you will deliver excellent standards and service to ensure great financial performance through your expert leadership. You will set clear targets, and develop and implement strategy to deliver growth and development.

Person Specification

Previous experience in the Holiday Park Sector will be a clear advantage but my client will also consider candidates with exposure to sales and or accommodation at a Management level.
A strong commercial awareness, track record of delivering results and maintaining excellent standards in a high volume environment is essential.

Remuneration

up to £45k + accommodation + bonus
