A large hotel company with a variety of hotel brands under one name.

Job Specification

My client is seeking a Revenue Manager for their hotel in Cambridgeshire. The property has just over 100 rooms with extensive Conference facilities.  As Revenue Manager you will be managing both rooms and M&E business coming in. There is a team of about 5 staff so good people management skills is essential.  The hotel is a busy and popular hotel, so you will need to be able to handle a busy day.

Person Specification

• Previous revenue management experience or strong Meeting and Events background
• Sales experience would be preferred but not essential
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Ability to manage people and work as part of a team
• Proven track record in achieving good results
• Flexible

Remuneration

£28K - £30K
