This Area Manager will take responsibility for an exciting and diverse patch of 7 restaurants with a turnover of £8 million. My client truly empowers Managers and you will have the autonomy to drive your businesses and your team to deliver results.
All restaurants within the patch are due to undergo investment and re-development and therefore this role brings a great opportunity to be involved with strategic plans and the re-launch of some great new concepts. You will be fully financially accountable, passionate about service, and flexible enough to effectively deal with the changing needs of your customers and ever changing external influences. Key to your success will be the ability to drive and develop the business through your team and expertly manage the controls as if it were your own.
One business within the Area has a high volume Conference and Banqueting trade and there for some C&B experience would be an advantage.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will be an experienced multi-site operator in the hospitality industry, ideally with exposure to a branded operation. You will currently operate with multi-income streams but my client is flexible with regard to background. You may be in the restaurant, contract catering, leisure or health and fitness industries, experience with high volumes in a diverse environment and a track record of delivering results are essential.
