Job Specification:

Candidate must have a can do attitude and manage a small team preparing lunches and dinners for 60 residents whilst overseeing a brigade of 2 chefs providing Breakfast Lunch Dinner and numerous functions at this prestigious private care home. This is a great Opportunity to move in to your first managerial role with the added benefit of working for a progressive company. Candidates need to be flexible with hours and days being on a rota including working two out of three weekends.

The candidate must have a passion for fresh food and be innovative, with good communication skills and working in a team environment where the resident’s best interests are paramount.

Person Specification:

Ideally from a Restaurant or Hotel background restaurant you are currently a Senior Chef with a "wanna do attitude", be organised and wishing to develop and take the opportunities associated with a large organisation.

Remuneration:

£28k including bonus
