Superb opportunity to take the lead role of Director of Sales & Marketing at this great, renowned hotel in West London. Currently undergoing an impressive refurbishment and also due to complete a whole new rebranding by 2009 - an excellent time for a strong sales professional with sound experience to join this strong team led by an inspiring and forward thinking General Manager and drive the sales team forward.  

Job Specification

To manage the hotel sales & marketing functions and drive growth through online with the hotels revenue strategy through penetrating existing accounts and proactively pursuing new business.  Leading a small sales team to deliver results within a supportive, motivated environment.

Person Specification

• Proven experience within a lead or senior proactive sales role
• Knowledge of the London markets essential
• Man-management experience required
• Experience at successfully implementing a range of sales strategies to achieve results is essential
• Excellent communicator at all levels
• Energetic and driven with a clear understanding of motivating a team to deliver results

Remuneration

Circa £40K + Bonus
