Our client is a leading London restaurant with a Michelin star to its name.  They have a long standing reputation as a superb service and quality provider.

Job Specification:

Owing to internal promotion we are seeking a cost controller to ensure that tight controls are maintained at all times without impacting quality.  You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising closely with the chef and suppliers to ensure that the best is achieved at all times.  You will report back to each department with accurate cost of sales so that HODs can take ownership of their budgets.

Person Specification: 

It is essential that you have a background in food & beverage cost control, ideally from quality establishments within hospitality.  It is also essential that your written and verbal communications are exceptional as this is a major aspect of the role.
