A leading international hotel company with a large worldwide presence.  This is a highly successful 4 star property turning over multi million pound revenue

Job Specification:

 It will be your responsibility to lead this team of 3 to ensure the financial function runs at optimum capability and you will be expected to impact this from the outset.  The property runs a centralised accounting function and immediate challenges rest with improving timelines of financial reporting and offering immediate support to the management team.

Person Specification: 

You must have a proven track record at Financial Controller level within a multi-million pound turnover business.  Your ability to handle a fast paced business must also be second to none and you must have proven leadership skills.
