Client Profile:

Our client is a leading international 5 star hotel company.  This is a highly successful property turning over multi million pound revenue and excellent growth planned.

Job Specification:

It will be your responsibility to lead this large team to ensure the financial function runs at optimum capability and you will be expected to impact this from the outset.  This is a fully self accounting property and you must come from a self accounting background and with a team of 13 your man management must be second to none.  The company takes a strong view of developing within so this must be something that comes naturally.

Person Specification: 

You must have a proven track record at Financial Controller level within a large multi-million pound turnover business.  Your ability to handle a fast paced business must also be second to none and you must have proven leadership skills.  Well-developed communication skills are also a must and the presence to get your point across.
