Client Profile:

Our client is a UK based hotel company who have excellent market positioning and investment plans for the properties in their collection aligned to a well defined acquisition and development strategy for the group.

Job Specification:

This role is involved with daily service and customer contact aspects of the hotel, daily planning and organisation of the hotel with specific responsibility to oversee the food and beverage element of the business to achieve profit targets responsible for the standards of operation which the guests receive whilst staying at the hotel.

Person Specification:

You will be an experienced number two with excellent team building skills and an aptitude for delivering challenging M&E events. Possessing a grounded approach you will be ambitious and looking to join a growth organisation with a quality focus.

Required Skills/Qualifications

Financially astute with excellent people skills are key.

Remuneration:

£37,000 plus benefits
