Job Specification
To perform as a key member of the central Yield Management function with specific responsibilities for Gatwick and Stansted airports, based out of Heathrow
- Further refining and developing an effective yield management process, using systems provided to maximise income opportunities from car parking
- Working proactively to ensure the effective introduction of the new yield management system and the transition from the current trial system
- Manage the price change process for relevant airports through the yield management system
- Analysing performance through booking patterns, car park occupancy, pre-book to roll-up mix etc and actively reviewing and identify changes in trends
- Fully understanding the local market, both in respect to BAA car parks, but also its competitors

Person Specification
- Ability to demonstrate capability either through qualifications or evidence of continued personal development
- Experience of implementing change and working in a continuous improvement environment
- Highly computer literate, a good knowledge of recognised IT systems and ability to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to use data and information to deliver improved performance and commercial benefit
- Experience or knowledge of an appropriate service or product provider
- Experience of working in a revenue managed environment would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels within and outside BAA
- Experience of working with stakeholders and the team to understand their needs and define criteria for success

£30-40K + package
