One of the highest quality outdoor caterering companies in London organising a huge range of events within numerous high profile venues in London.
Job Specification
Reporting directly to Managing Director main areas of responsibilities will include:
To attain the budget for the sales revenue, gross margins and other associated costs as set in the annual budgets
Overall management of Planning Team
New Business Development
Marketing / Public Relations
Team Management/Development
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will be a senior manager with a proven track record of success within hospitality sales. Results driven you will be able to demonstrate a creative flair to implement short, medium and long-term sales strategies and have a strong knowledge of sales support tools. A confident communicator you will be able to influence at all levels and inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional sales in a challenging environment.Knowledge of the London market will be a definite advantage as will previous outdoor catering experience.
Remuneration
£55,000 - £65,000 basic + bonus + car
